The company is directly active in the construction of luxury residences in Theologos, in the Municipality of Malaisinas of the Phthiotida prefecture.

The company has proceeded with the purchase of a 1,018 m2 property at a distance of approximately 500 m from the sea with wonderful views. Four detached residences are being constructed here, which are fully autonomous and each house has its own space on a section of the total property.
